Is Shipping Included in Price?
No, however you have a choice to add a Shipping charge or choice to not pay shipping and pick up at the Pro Shop.
Do you ship Internationally?
No. We only ship to Australian addresses.
What are my payment options?
For equipment you have 2 options:
1 – Pay Online
2 – Pay & Pick up from Pro Shop.
For vouchers:
Pay Online and voucher is delivered via email download.
What will I see on my Bank Statment?
If you pay online you will see “Kal-Tech Solutions”, who is our online partner that assists us with your online store.
How are Gift Vouchers delivered?
All Gift Vouchers will be sent via an email and can be downloaded after purchase has been placed.
How do I redeem the Gift Voucher?
You have 2 choices when you purchase a gift voucher online:
- Redeem at the Pro Shop
- Redeem online using the voucher number as a coupon discount code at check out.
